As part of Project Duggan, this bathroom was designed with a warm, modern feel. It features a custom vanity, statement pendant lighting, and a glass-enclosed shower with large-format tile and a linear drain. A built-in niche with three shelves and integrated lighting adds both function and visual interest, while a herringbone marble floor and layered lighting keep the space feeling elevated yet comfortable.
