01 - Align

From the very start, Level Custom Build initiates transparent conversations with every client, encompassing project scope, pricing, and timelines. Particularly for new construction projects, we seamlessly integrate our architect into the process, ensuring a holistic approach. Upon aligning on project drawings and permits, Level meticulously provides a detailed estimate breakdown, outlining costs and contract details.

02 - Plan

After reaching alignment on the provided quote and contract, Level Custom Build will work with the client to build out the material list and detailed schedule. Level will begin purchasing materials and scheduling in engineers, designers, inspectors, contractors and subcontractors as needed.

03 - Execute

Once the project start date commences, Level Custom Build will begin work as per the detailed schedule. The project/site manager will be on-site communicating with the client, trades, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the entirety of the project.
