As part of Project Sheila, the main floor was completely gutted and transformed into a bright, modern open-concept space. The wall separating the original kitchen and dining room was removed to create a more functional layout with improved flow and natural light throughout the home. Every element of the space was updated, including all new flooring, custom cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and fixtures. The existing kitchen window was enlarged and replaced to bring in more natural light, while the patio doors were also replaced to improve access to the backyard and outdoor living space. The redesigned kitchen now features a large waterfall island, integrated storage, and clean contemporary finishes that completely redefined the main floor.
