As part of Project Fernalroy, the home received new vinyl siding and dark grey painted brick that refreshed the exterior and improved durability. The front porch was rebuilt with new steps and a cleaner, updated entry. A new front walkway was also added, improving access and tying the front of the home together. The garage door was replaced, and the interior was fully remodeled to update the space.
