In 2023 Level Custom Build completed the remodel of this old East Toronto Home. The the interior was gutted, the main floor subfloor was levelled and the basement was underpinned with support columns removed and beams installed. The client wanted to give their home a more cozy feel with a classic hand-scraped wood floor while adding in blends of contemporary and traditional style elements in various spaces.
