Project Chatsworth

In 2023 Level Custom Build completed this Lawrence neighborhood reno-build, which included a 2000 sq.ft. extension in the rear of the existing 2500 sq.ft. structure from the basement to the 2nd floor. The clients wanted to restructure the entire interior throughout the existing structure to make it more functional and open while preserving some of the antique elements. The addition focused on creating a large kitchen and living space, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and a large games room in the basement. We also installed a pool in the rear and custom built wood cladded shed. Lots of beautiful details on this project!

We underpinned the basement to achieve 8' ceilings but as requested by our clients we did not underpin into the original mechanical room. We also installed a new solid wood stair case and drywall finished the load bearing column.
