In 2023 Level Custom Build completed the renovation of this Toronto beach neighbourhood basement. We re-framed the the basement to optimize the living area and create a more open feeling while prioritizing more storage space. The bathroom was also redesigned to be more comfortable for guests, and a new set of hardwood stairs were installed with an open railing to also add to the more open atmosphere. We also designed, built and installed the beautiful custom entertainment center in the basement living area.
